“Amy and I  have owned and operated Studio 12 since 1994.  Starting in Denver, Colorado, seven years in Ohio, and now located in the upstate of South Carolina, we have photographed over 400 weddings.  I have shot commercial work, weddings, portraits and stock.  I have also taught at the college level at the Ohio Institute of Photography.

Amy and I have seen the drastic changes in our industry.  ‘Wedding Photojournalism’ changed how a photographer captured the day, and ultimately the wedding album took on a completely new and timeless look.  We also have been a part of the changes in digital technologies which have opened the doors to endless possibilities.

In all this, Amy and I have stuck to a high standard of professionalism and photographic excellence.  We enjoy working with every couple, and being a part of the biggest day of their lives is a true blessing to us.  We also strive to produce images that not only capture each and every precious moment of the wedding day but also are technically well exposed, properly lit, and stand out as excellent photography.

Our style is a mix of candid, photojournalism, and a touch of fashion.  Of course, we capture the ever-important family groups.
