Lord, Magnificent God, You know all things. You have a perspective that encompasses eternity and that sees things perfectly. Forgive my despair. Forgive my impatience and my bitterness. Fix my eyes on Jesus and bring to my spirit a peace that passes all understanding. I can do all things by Your strength. Move me forward, even in this circumstance, so that I might bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Lord, You make all things right. Maybe not here in my lifetime, but eventually, Your justice will prevail and Your Truth will conquer. I pray for glimmers of that victory in my wedding planning. Humble my heart to yield my desires to You, to go with the flow, to act with grace, and to choose peace even when I feel misunderstood or attacked. You are my refuge and the One Who knows all. Thank You for being my advocate. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
